Formats and specialisation

Its current manufacturing material highlights micro- and multilayer pellets that can be combined into tailored micronutrient blends. Depending on the project, pellets may be filled into capsules, sachets or sticks, with delayed-release or enteric-coated options described. The company says it can also make standardised products at larger scale, but its specialist positioning is pellet-based and personalised formulations rather than a broad catalogue of stock formulas.

Novogenia states that production can start from one unit for certain personalised products. It describes formula development as taking from about one week to three months depending on ingredient availability and technical requirements; this is not a guaranteed end-to-end production lead time. Trial batches and samples are available on request. A company page lists ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 management certifications; the certificate document should be checked for current validity and site scope when qualifying a project. No public B2B email or phone was captured in the reviewed pages; an enquiry can be submitted through the official manufacturing page.
